The restaurant staff were very hospitable and took great care of us. The housekeeping staff also were very courteous and did not even flinch a bit while helping us. The hotel is very nice and comfortable though location is a bit far from the centre and restaurants are a little further away. The breakfast was extraordinary and we really missed not being able to stay an additional day since my daughter enjoyed the breakfast. Although it was crowded the staff kept refilling the breakfast and the desserts were amazing to say the least. They also had a huge variety of food from idlis, dosas and traditional south India to cereals breads and cakes in Continental. Their hash browns were too good to miss.

Spacious, clean and high-tech room, plenty of good food in the buffet, kind and very happy personnel! Executive chef Muthamizhan. V helped us very well in the restaurant!

Very helpfull and kind staff. It was very easy to arrange transfer from airport to hotel with them and also not too expensive. Not only the room but whole hotel was very clean all the time. Even i did not include diner in the reservation i was always able to get a table

I liked this place very much. It's a modern well-designed hotel with smart solution and good spaces. The staff is very welcoming and serviceminded. They really put their effort into make you feel welcome and meeting your wishes. Very good room- and laundryservice. The room I booked was good sized, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The Balcony bar was a good place for a evening drink, and to relax after a day driving to Madurai and sightseeing. The lounge served good coffee and I enjoyed to sit there working in "abroad homeoffice" in the afternoon. It made me feel very relaxed. The poolarea is nice. Unfortuantely I didn't find the time to use the pool. But it looked clean and I'm sure it would have been refreshing.

The hotel does a great job with most things. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff at the restaurant were kind and courteous. The gym was decent but well maintained. I was very impressed overall. I was travelling from Chennai and they would give some of the best hotels in Chennai a run for their money. I hope they can maintain this standard of quality and that I can stay with them the next time I visit.

The room was spacious, comfortable beds and linens. Pillows were great. Bathroom was large and separated, wasn't very fond of that. Nice closets and lovely room robes. The couches were lovely and the office area was comfortable. The food was alright not up to par though there was plenty of variety. The staff in the dining were nice and efficient. The front desk needs better staffing. Just not cordial enough.
